Welcome to the ~.Dimensions.~ Reseller Portal. This portal is designed for resellers to provision and manage their customers on the ~.Dimensions.~ Call Analytics & UC platform.
The portal includes the following areas of access:
- Customers, Access to configure existing customers, provision new ones
- PBX Templates, Configure PBX connection templates that can be used when adding customers
- Reseller Users, Control user access to the Reseller Portal
- Billing History, View billing history including licence usage downloads
- REST API, Enable access to provision customers and access billing through the REST API
- Branding, Customise the portal's (and sub portal's) look and feel with branding controls
- About, Information on release notes, browser requirements for using the portal and details of known issues
Home #
The home page of the portal is visible directly after logging in. It provides an overview of the customers that have been provisioned and their current status.
Messages regard planned maintenance or information regarding service effecting issues will also be displayed here.
