Trial Customers #

If available, customer accounts can be created as a trial during the initial provisioning process. This allows a customer to use the ~.Dimensions.~ portal for a fixed period of time without incurring a cost.

To enable a customer as a trial, select the 'Enable Trial Period' option during the customer's initial provisioning.

Once checked, a 'Trial Expiration Date' option will appear. This will automatically be set to the longest trial permissible but can be changed as required:

To stop a trial, a customer account should be terminated using the normal termination process.

All trials will automatically continue into a payable customer account if not terminated before the trial end date.

Trial systems will appear on invoices as zero rated parts for the duration of the trial.
