Customers #

The customer section of the portal provides access to view and manage all the customers who have been provisioned to use the ~.Dimensions.~ Call Analytics platform. New customers can also be provisioned through the same user interface.

The following areas of documentation provide further information on managing customer accounts:

Customer Overview #

The customer grid provides visibility of all customer accounts that have been provisioned. By default, customers are listed in alphabetical order. This order can be changed by clicking on a field header (click twice to reverse the sort order).

The search bar can be used to quickly locate a specific customer record. Any of the fields visible can be searched and only a partial match is required to filter down the customers that are displayed.

Customer Grid #

Field Description
Customer Name The name given to the customer's account, usually the company name.
Date Created The data the customer's account was first created.
Status The current status of the account (see the next section for details on status).
Reference A configurable reference number that can be freely used to identify the customer (used in billing).

Customer Status #

The table below provides an overview of the possible 'Status' of a customer account:

Status Description
Active The account is currently enabled and operational.
Disabled Access to the account has been disabled. Customer user access is not allowed but call data is still being logged.
Terminated The account has been terminated and is no longer in use.
